Magic Cookie Jar FAQs

Here are the answers to the most common questions about our subscription program.  If we missed something send us a message and we will get back to you.

What is the subscription cost?  The cost will depend on how many items you select and you will save 10% on all your subscription selections.

How often will you ship?  You can choose to receive treats every 1, 2 or 3 months.  We will fulfill your initial and subsequent orders on the anniversary of your initial purchase that is closest to our shipping window of Monday - Wednesday.  We want to ensure your treats arrive as fresh from the oven as possible.

How long will my subscription last?  You can choose an ongoing subscription, which means cookies will always be a few weeks away!  Or choose between 3, 6 or 12 months; these are great for gifts.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?  Yes, by logging into MY ACCOUNT on our website you can manage your subscription.

Can I select different items for each shipment?  Yes, you can swap any items in your subscription for another item, you can also change the quantity.  Your charge will reflect any changes you make.

Do you store my card information?  Your card will be charged on the anniversary of your purchase and is managed through our payment gateway Stripe. We do not have your card information on file.

What are the shipping costs? Shipping charges depend on your cart total.

$0 - $7.99  Shipping is $5

$8.00 - $59.99  Shipping is $8

$60.00 - $99.99  Shipping is $12

Do you offer a local pickup option for the subscription?  Not at this time. If you live locally contact us.  We can offer other options to sweeten your day.

Can I have more than one subscription?  Yes, as many as you want.  You can have each subscription ship to a different address.

What if I have too many cookies?  Is this really a question?  No problem, our products can be placed in the freezer to last even longer.  We suggest placing in a rigid, lidded container for a little extra protection when you go rooting around the freezer looking for dinner options.  You can also pause your subscription.

What is the shelf life for our cookies?  Our line of Tea Cookies and Cheese Pennies have a best buy date on the bottom with 8-12 weeks from baking.  Our traditional cookies are best consumed within 3-4 days of receiving.  Placing your treats in the freezer will help them last an additional 3 months.
